Mallorca Beaches
Fun and Sun in the Mediterranean

Mallorca beaches vary from the pure white sand beaches to wild beaches to many deserted coves. The Island of Mallorca or Majorca Island is one of the four Balearic Islands Spain off the Mediterranean coast.

The other three are Menorca or Minorca, Ibiza Island and Formentera. They are all surrounded by splendid beaches that are the meeting point of thousands of Europeans during the summer months. Most of the action on the Island is around the bay of Palma de Mallorca Spain, a lovely city visited by millions of tourists.

Some small beaches and coves of Mallorca are reached only by boat or a difficult hike by land. Some of these beaches could be just for yourself, if you happen to be lucky.

The beaches are not only for swimming and sunbathing; snorkeling and scuba diving are perfect for these beaches where you can spot some octopus or cuttlefish.
